einfallslos arrangiert, kurz, vereinfacht- wirklich nur für Anfänger SpaßKurze und vereinfachte Spielweise, ohne jegliche Verzierung, was dem Instrument nicht gerecht wird. Texte und Fotos der Interpreten- sinnfreie Illustration bei einem Notenheft. Sax plus! ist besser gemacht.Die Reihenfolge der CD Titel stimmt nicht mit der im Buch überein.
ich spiele für mich allein, daher ist mir eine Begleitung schon wichtig. Hier sind bei "Those were the days, Blue Eyes, Hello, A Whiter shade of pale, all by myself" die Stücke nicht komplett angespielt bzw. begleitet auf der CD. Das finde ich nicht gut, da dies ein Heft ist incl. CD. Kann man hier nicht eine komplett bespielte CD erhalten? Ersatz wäre hier schon angebracht.
Ich habe aus der Serie alle Hefte. Auch diese Ausgabe beinhaltet wieder Songs die jeder gleich erkennt und mitsummen kann. Gerade bei den bekannten Titeln vergleicht der Zuhörer schnell das Original mit dem jeweiligen Arrangement. Und hier sehe ich das Problem mit dieser Ausgabe.Es kommt bei weitem nicht an die musikalische Qualität der anderen Hefte von Schott heran. Für den Anfänger ist es sicher eine kleine Herausforderung, aber für den etwas geübteren Spieler ist die Solostimme viel zu einfallslos arrangiert. Es bedarf schon einiges an Können um diese Titel, so wie sie hier vorliegen, auch interessant für den Zuhörer vorzutragen. Wer zu den Heften greifen möchte: Lieber die anderen Ausgaben kaufen, sie klingen besser.
Nicht so schön wie Schott Jazz ballads.Die Playbacks mit Saxophon sind als MP3 gespeichert. Bei Jazz ballads sind die normal auf der CD abspielbar.
